DigiRen partnered with a major Australian gaming and entertainment company to evolve their Cloud Operating Model into a business-aligned, service-provider model. By embedding a team of cloud strategy experts, DigiRen designed a target state operating model, developed 28 prioritised recommendations across three horizons, and mapped four customer experience journeys. The engagement focused on improving developer experience, operational efficiency, and reducing complexity—supporting the client’s goal to increase digital market share and reduce OPEX by up to $100m by FY25.
Our client is an ASX-listed gambling entertainment company that recognises the importance of technology and innovation in driving its business strategy. They are focused on developing and leveraging innovative technologies, such as mobile applications, digital platforms, and data analytics, to enhance their products, services, and customer experience with a “Cloud First” strategy. The client has set their sights at increasing its digital market share from 25% to 30% as well as reducing overall OpEx by $80m-$100m by FY25.
